Herbal baths are one of the oldest ways to renew energy and improve physical and emotional well-being. To make a relaxing and powerful bath, it is recommended to use phytoenergetic plants, which help with various health treatments.
"Phytoenergetics are composed of combinations of different herbs, roots and flowers, with energetic properties. The main form of use is baths, but they can also be applied in oils, flavourings, smokers, elixirs, creams and ointments",
Baths can be hot, warm or cold, and there is a suitable herb for each temperature. The herbs used in a hot bath, for example, are intended to cleanse energies and "unload". Among them are guinea, rue, aroeira, peregum, vine-cross, with me-no-one-can, eucalyptus and castor bean.
The herbs used in a warm bath help to rebalance, restore and let the energy necessary for the body's functioning flow. The main ones are: rosemary, sage, mint, rosemary, basil, chamomile, fennel, cherry and calendula.
Finally, the herbs used in cold baths are aimed at specific themes such as attraction, calm, relaxation, seduction, opening paths, prosperity and others. Examples include mallow, apple, rose, carnation, cinnamon, sunflower, lily, coffee leaf, lemongrass and chamomile.
How to prepare herbal baths
1st step: Set aside clean or mineral water for your bath.
2nd step: Rub and crush the leaves and roots of your choice to extract the maximum juice.
3rd step: Once this is done, strain the mixture to use it in the bath.
4th step: Boil 3 liters of water with the herb. Then, with the heat off, place them in the pan and cover for 8 minutes.
5th step: Then strain the mixture, throw the rest of the herbs on a plant or in the ground and pour the bath from the neck down after your normal bath. If you are doing it in a bathtub, pour the contents into the soaking water.
