Lilith was originally the Sumerian Queen of Heaven, a goddess older than Inanna.

The Hebrews incorporated this Goddess and transformed her into Adam's first wife, who refused to lie beneath him during sexual intercourse. She insisted that because they were created equal, they should have sex as equals. When Adam didn't agree, she left him. After that, in Jewish mythology, she was described as a demon.

Lilith appears to say that you need to take back your power. At what points did you lose or waste it? What beliefs do you hold that deny you? Have you ever been told that a powerful woman never finds companions? Or that women cannot have power because it would nullify their femininity? Have you been mocked, shunned, or ostracised by others when they undermined your power? Are you afraid of misusing it, dominating or manipulating others? Lilith says that now for you, the path to wholeness is recognising that you are not bound by your power and then, secondly, submitting and accepting that power.

How to use?
There are various different ways in which you can use this oil blend, it's important to use the oil as instructed for the maximum effect. Remember, intention is key and it's important to always concentrate on this to manifest your desire!

• Apply the self love oil on yourself while focusing on your intention. Chakra points: Root.

• Use to dress candles and for spiritual work.

• A few drops can be added to your bath.
